Skating Party

Kate's friend, Kate D., just had her sixth birthday party at Jellybeans, the skating rink near us. I haven't been skating in years, so I wasn't really sure what to expect, but it was the *exact* same as I remember. I mean, seriously, it was a major flashback for me! The kids had a great time, learning to fall and get back up again :) Kate had her moments, but had a blast!

 

 

 

 

 

Father-Daughter Dance

Last Friday was Kate's first Father-Daughter Dance. We told her she had to be good all week to be able to go because it was 7pm to 9pm, and she normally goes to bed at 7pm. She was on her best behavior all week! She was so excited to go - Kate and Todd met some friends for dinner at Red Robin and then went to the dance.
